What is Life Coaching?
​
A Life Coach is a professional who dedicates their practice to the coachee's well-being. This wellness may include a coach helping the coachee with personal matters such as: building self-esteem, gaining a sense of purpose, boosting confidence and social skills, decreasing stress & anxiety, developing healthy relationships with self and others, problem-solving skills, setting and obtaining goals, regulating emotions, coping with life transitions, grief and resolving any other challenges and obstacles that you may be experiencing.

It is important to know that coaching is not therapy and counseling. Coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and is not to be used in replace of therapy and counseling or any other clinical advice.
As for my practice as a Life & Mindfulness Coach, I focus my attention on helping you strengthen the love already within you. I help you incorporate self-care practices into your daily life and create a full-filling life. I guide you into kreating new life patterns, transform your mindset from dark to light and I support you to (re)discover the light within you. During session, I like to use art-based exercises as a form of self-expression which helps you deeper understand yourself, along with mindfulness and holistic tools to help you achieve the goals that you set for yourself.

I offer one-on-one sessions for kids, teens and adults, along with kids group classes which vary each workshop!
