Kreate What U Want will be presenting on self-love, self-care and the benefits of kreating art at this Ladies Night Out Ugly Holiday Sweater Party & Healing Retreat on December 3, 2022.

Hello KWUW Fam! I have some very exciting news to share!!

Kreate What U Want will be presenting at a healing retreat on December 3rd!!!

I will present on the importance of self-love & self-care and dive a little deeper into your kreative self with an art exercise that allows you to take the time you need for your mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. The benefits of creating art will be discussed, along with tools and tips on ways to bring more self-love & self-care into your life!

I will also provide mini-intro-sessions to show you how 1:1 works with me, along with art directives that will tap into your unconscious.

There will be so many other healing modalities offered as well: reiki, sound healing, soul card readings, massage and more!
